Our Story

We were the athletes nobody checked on.

We played at the highest levels. NCAA. Professional. Walk-ons and scholarship kids. Stars and benchwarmers. And every one of us has the same story — the moment we needed someone, and the silence we got back.

People asked us how we played. They didn't ask us how we were. The locker room was loud, but the inside of our heads was louder. And the resources that existed felt built for someone else — clinical, slow, scary to use.

So we built the thing we needed. Anonymous, so you could actually tell the truth. AI-native, so it was there at 2am when no counselor was. Athlete-built, so it didn't talk down to you. And institutional, so the schools we love could finally see the signals they kept missing.

NDUR is for the athletes still in it. The ones being asked how they played. We're asking how you are.

The Moment We Built For

The silence after the final whistle.

Every athlete knows this moment. We built NDUR for it — and for every quiet hour that follows.

What We Believe

Three things we'll never compromise on.

Anonymous Is Non-Negotiable

If athletes can't be honest, the platform doesn't work. Period.

Built With, Not For

Every feature is shaped by athlete and counselor input. No exceptions.

Support, Not Diagnosis

NDUR augments care. It never replaces a counselor, AT, or clinician.
