Student Data Privacy

Last updated June 1, 2026

Our Commitment

NDUR exists because athletes need a place to be honest. That only works if their privacy is absolute. We design every feature, every report, and every integration around that principle.

What We Collect

We collect the minimum required to deliver the service: an anonymous identifier, sport and season context the athlete chooses to share, and the content of their Huddle and AIM interactions. We do not collect names, contact info, GPA, or any identifying institutional data without explicit consent.

What We Never Share

We never share an individual student-athlete's content, mental-health context, or activity with coaches, parents, athletic departments, or third parties. Period. AIM conversations are not used to train external models.

What Institutions See

Partner institutions receive only aggregate, de-identified, district- or program-level trends — never individual data. Reporting thresholds prevent re-identification even on small teams.

Your Rights

Every NDUR user can request export or deletion of their data at any time. We will honor that request within 30 days and confirm in writing.
