Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NDUR, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Student Data Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Eligibility
NDUR is intended for current student-athletes, athletic administrators, and authorized campus partners. Users under 13 may use NDUR only through a school partnership with appropriate consent.
Not a Substitute for Clinical Care
NDUR provides peer community, an AI mentor, and coping tools. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or emergency care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or your local emergency number.
Community Guidelines
Huddles are moderated. Harassment, doxxing, or sharing identifying information about other users will result in removal. We err aggressively on the side of athlete safety.
Intellectual Property
NDUR and all related marks, content, and software are owned by NDUR, Inc. You retain ownership of your own posts and may request their deletion at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDUR is provided 'as is.' We do not guarantee any outcome and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
